Red splotchy skin

Recently I’ve been experiencing red splotches all over my body but mainly my chest from drinking my favorite beer and this had only been happening within the past week, NEVER before so I’m really confused on why and Google isn’t giving me any info so if you all could help u would greatly appreciate it!!! I’m a big beer drinker so I hope it’s not an intolerance to gluten or anything bc that would rlly suck
