Will taking a bath while drunk further dehydrate you?

Like the title says. Would taking a bath while you were drunk dehydrate you even more and cause more of a hangover? Especially when the water is so hot that it makes you sweat. Would you still be able to enjoy a bath without risking a nasty hangover?
