Wedding alcohol options. Is upgrading worth it?

Howdy! Looking for some opinions here. There are 3 different tiers to choose from. We are debating between the mid and bottom tier. The mid is $500 more. To me the bottom tier seems more appealing but would like some input. Any thoughts!?

Bottom tier: New Amsterdam gin & vodka, cruzan rum, Jim Bean, and Lunazul tequila.

Mid: Absolute vodka, Bacardi rum, Johny walker red, Jack Daniel’s, Tanquerey gin, Jose Cuervo
