Can you drink more alcohol if your healthy?
I’m not finding info on this. All i find when i google is a general rule of how much the genders can drink. Wouldn’t it make sense if someone who work out a lot and eat very healthy can drink let’s say 3 more units then someone who never work out and live on fat and sugar? I’m also a fan of intermittent fasting which is proven to reduce liver enzyme. I love my red wine and i’m tired of feeling guilty when i enjoy a glass after work, thinking i’m doomed for liver damage, cancer and heart failure😄 Besides the wine i’m very active and healthy and have perfect blood pressure, weight, blood sugar etc.
