Tingly Hands?

Not sure if this is the right place to post so apologies!

I went out last night, and woke up very hungover. I’ve noticed when i’m hungover I get almost like a pins and needles feeling in my fingers?

I’ve googled it, says it’s something to do with drinking heavily for a considerable amount of time; but I drink once a month if that (not entirely believable as a uni student but i’m bored of clubs) and i’m a massive lightweight so I’m confused what else it could be if anyone has any idea?

Normally in a lot of pain hungover too, backache, legs hurt etc.
