Vodka or Spiced Rum?

Which will make me the most drunk, the fastest? Which goes better in fruit punch?

I don’t drink often, but when I do, I do with the intention of getting drunk. Problem is I have a high tolerance for alcohol. Usually I need 2 or 3 shots of tequila with what I’m drinking to get me going. But I am also on a budget so tequila wont be happening.
