A bit scared

Am I freaking out or am I actually in danger?

Hello, I suffer from bad health anxiety. About 4 hours ago I had one and a half beers. I took my nightly 7.5mg of mirtazipine and I’ve been feeling incredibly anxious so I took a .25mg Xanax about 45 minutes ago. Now I’m frightened that this combination is deadly and will kill me. Is this in my head? I may just need someone to talk me down
