Does anyone have any suggestions on detoxing at home?

I have plenty of clonidine, vistaril, metoprolol, otc meds, and some valium (which I know is most important). I also take methadone at a clinic. I’ve been working on drinking less and less. A hospital isn’t really an option right now.
