Hangover delayed by a day?

Had a bit much to drink on New Year’s Eve. Two full bottles of wine and a half bottle of rum. Felt fine on New Year’s Day, no issue, didn’t drink any more on New Year’s Day. But this morning now the second, I have woken up with a crazy headache and I feel godawful. Is it possible to have a hangover that doesn’t hit until the second day?
