Numbness after drinking?

I drank a four loko last night and got cross faded and the night before I also got a little drunk also. I woke up this morning with tingling in my hand and now it feels worst throughout my arm it’s 8:30am. I was freaking out, but nerve damage can happen after years of alcohol? I turned 21 in June and this is only my 5-6th time getting drunk.

What do I do?
