Ibuprofen after drinks?

I know it’s irresponsible but I was celebrating thanksgiving and had 4 40% tequila shots yesterday and had a bad time slept it off and now have a horrible headache,, it’s been about ten hours and am wondering if i can take medicine? thank you in advance!! (i’m 15 female and weigh around 95 lbs if that helps..)
