Hi, college student here. I like to drink with my friends on Thursday and Friday nights here at school, and I encounter this problem where the next day, I have absolutely zero appetite. Like I can barely get one meal down the next day. This is a problem because I am also into bodybuilding, and to achieve my goals I have to eat 4-5 meals a day. Does anyone have any advice on what I could do to not experience this absolute loss of appetite on the following day?
PS; (I’ve heard that drinking stuff like vodka minimizes the hangover, but I’m not sure the loss of appetite is related to that hangover or what?)
