Ever clear in punch question

Hi everyone.

I’m making my favorite punch for Halloween which is made with vodka. I’m going to a much bigger party this year and my hug is going to be closer to 4 gallons instead of my usual 1. Would it taste any different to use a combination of everclear and vodka if I keep the percent of alcohol identical? I’ve got the math figured out, I’m just concerned with flavor as I’ve never used everclear before but I can save some money doing it this way.
