This rum cocktail gets a blush from strawberry-fennel syrup and sparkling rosé.
¾ part Aged rum¾ part Strawberry-fennel syrup½ part Lime juice2 parts Mumm Napa brut rosé
Shake rum, syrup, and lime juice with ice.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Top with sparkling rosé.
Garnish with a fresh strawberry or a basil leaf.
