Likeuren Wyand Fockink – Half & Half

I was gifted a bottle of this from a friend. Initially it was for her husband, but he died before he opened it. The bottle is roughly 5 years old and is still sealed.

There’s a bunch of suspended floating stuff and from what I can tell it’s likely bits of orange peel.

Is this safe to drink? I think I found the manufacturer’s website but I couldn’t find much info about this.
