I just took 1 shot and forgot I need to take a mg of xanax tmrw morning for a dr appt in 12 hours, is that ok??

I need to take 1mg alprazolam for a blood draw tmrw morning, I just took a shot of tequila after working without thinking abt it. It’s like 13 hours away, is this OK? I’m like 130lbs, just drink a shit ton of water to flush out of system??
