After an unforgivable night of drinking a litre and a half to two people, ive decided i need to stop. I can go a few days without drinking, but as soon as I take one shot it often turns into 6-15 shots of whiskey a night.
More often than not its to help me sleep or just not have to think. So obviously not good reasons.
So here i am, a 30 year old female, drinking as much as I do. Im looking to quit but pretty worried about DT.
Are there ways that don’t include medication that can help in these coming days?
Any foods or drinks I should stock up on?
