How low is low intolerance?

Last night I went drinking out with my friends. Im 18M. I got drunk after drinking 2 beers and having 3 shots. The beers were bro code so they had a high level of alcohol. But I was black out drunk. The last time I went out drinking I got black out drunk after around 11 shots. Is this low alcohol tolerance or was it something different? And is it better to have a low alcohol tolerance or not?
