Thumb cramps, tingling feeling all over body, and shaky the day after drinking?

I’m 23f and not necessarily a consistent heavy drinker. But this happenes every time I drink. I stay very hydrated as well. I was under the impression that this only happened with older long term alcoholics. Is this normal?
