“the drunk breath”

The drunk breath is when you start to feel the effects of alcohol in your system and you slowly and fully inhale and exhale. Your lungs feel kind of heavy but it feels so good. Does anyone else know about this? It is one of the most wonderful feeling in the world, almost beats ecstasy.
