Does EVERYONE’S body eliminate alcohol at the rate of 1 unit per hour…..??
So I drink. Rum. A lot. I won’t say how much. Suffice to say it’s daily and I recognise it’s alcoholism!
Anyway my question is – as a 48f 220 pounds 5ft 8 female, would i eliminate alcohol at the same rate of 1 (25ml) unit an hour, as someone say half my weight? Or can it vary for different people? And are there any other factors that affect this?
I’m not suggesting that if I eliminate it more quickly that I think that I’m not taking risks to health, but just wondering?
(Ps. I also drink about 4 litres water a day, and eat a well balanced diet with 5-6 portions fruit/veg a day).
Thanks for reading.
