I got shamed for drinking Clamato’s at a club?

So I went double header clubbing this weekend and two random people mentioned something along the lines of “your drinking ceasers?” Followed with light laughter. Even someone I was hitting it off with at the bar giggled when I ordered a tequila shot and a Ceaser. Is it because they’re heavier and most people order light drinks to pound faster? I fuckin like the olives !! Sue me. But seriously, has anyone else heard of this not being normal?
