A sophisticated summer cocktail that uses two different rums, vermouth and other flavors.
Second Degree Sunburn
Ingredients
1 ½ oz. Santa Teresa 1796 rum½ oz. Bacardi Gold rum¼ oz. Martini & Rossi Fiero vermouth1 bar spoon Cinnamon syrup¼ oz. Passion fruit puree2 dash Regan’s orange bitters1 dash Saline solution
Instructions
Build over ice in a stirring vessel.
Stir to chill.
Strain into a coupe.
