Aged Hard Alcohol – Will I still be able to get drunk?

I have this bottle of Stoli Vanil – Stolichnaya Vanilla Vodka given to me as my aunt cleaned out her alcohol cabinet. I’m betting it’s probably around 10 years old; 35% alc. I’ve heard that older hard liquor may lose its taste- but will it lose its potency as well? Is alcohol like this that is very old unable to get someone drunk at this point? I don’t care about taste, just wondering about the intoxication side.
