Sustainable drinking?
I’m 24M and I’ve already seen a 29M get liver disease from drinking half a bottle of liquor a day. (A big one, probably 10-15 drinks daily) I’m not saying that’s me, but I’ve found myself having 3 drinks daily and no scheduled days of no drinking, it happens, but I’d have to say I’m averaging 20 a week.
I’ve seen a benchmark of 2 drinks per day for men and 1 drink per day for women is low enough to not cause negative health, but I don’t even think this is accurate?
What’s the consensus here?
I’m guessing over 2 a day in general will hurt me if it’s more than once a week but idk
