Distraction tips from feeling upset

Kind of a vent, kind of advice

So i’m drunk rn and before and after I started drinking since midnight (alone) I’ve been thinking about one of my best friends who is addicted to smoking bath salts which is basically smoking meth, and since he started doing this he’s become a manipulative monster. he’s 17 btw. Me and his boyfriend have been talking about planning an intervention because he needs help ASAP but this idea by itself and just how hes been acting just stresses me out so much cause i care about him but at the same time i’m fucking scared of him and so i’m just breaking down here unable to get my mind off of this situation and the hurtful things he has said, i won’t go into detail more than that. But I’d just really appreciate some tips on how to distract myself frim all this while also drunk and emotional cause I need my sleep and I have an important test tomorrow. Sorry if this kinda post is not allowed on here, idk, if it gets deleted i don’t teally care. But thanks in advance
