Distilled Handsantizer

Theoretically let’s say that i have found a handsantizer with 83% ethanol that does not contain any harmful substances. It is only marked as flammable not harmful and when reading the contains on the health sheet it only shows the ingridients as Ethanol. The sanitizer is in gelf-form tho so it does contain something. But a simple destillastion should get rid of whatever is making it gel. In the health sheet it is also said that the product does not contain any PBT/vPvB classed substanses. So if i were to destill it, would it (hypothetically) be harmful for consumption?
