This unique summer sipper has a base spirit of silver cachaça, plus Amontillado sherry.

Ingredients
1 ½ oz. Novo Fogo Silver cachaça¾ oz. Amontillado sherry¾ oz. Lemon juice¾ oz. Simple syrup 1:1
Instructions
Shake and double strain into a highball glass.
Top with a splash of soda.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
