Valium and Alcohol

I’ve been taking about 10 to 15mg of valium daily for around 2 weeks. Today I took 5mg only in the morning and thought it would be okay to have some alcohol during the evening. I’ve had roughly 10 standard drinks over a period of 8/9 hours. It has triggered my anxiety and I feel worried that I’ve gone and made it dangerous to go to sleep. Am i over reacting???
