Cucumber Lime Martini
This summery spin on a Martini uses a cucumber-flavored vodka and a commercial lime zest puree.
Cucumber Lime Martini
Ingredients
3 oz. Seven Three cucumber-flavored vodka½ oz. Cointreau⅓ oz. The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley lime zest thawed½ oz. Fresh lime juice1 ½ oz. Simple syrup
Instructions
Combine ingredients and shake extra vigorously.
Strain into chilled Martini glass.
Garnish with cucumber peel and lime slice.
