Need help identifying some old whiskey

Found this in my Nan’s shed, she’s losing her memory too much to know much but thinks it’s from my granddad, I can see it’s Canadian but I’m just curious if it’s rare or anything so we know if it’s worth keeping around. Not looking to sell it, me and my family would just love to know about it, I seek your vast wisdom
