i’m having a panic attack and i need some help.

so today, i was at a family party for mother’s day, and i drank some alcohol with my family. i drank a jell-o shot, 2 smirnoff seltzers and had a few sips of a four loco. i wasn’t drunk, i was definitely buzzed but i wasn’t slurring my words or falling down or anything, i was just having a good time. about 5 hours after i took my last sip, i got a slamming headache so i decided to take an excedrin migraine. basically i’m asking, will my liver fail? do i need to go to the ER?
