Will heating apple cider in a slow cooker remove all the alcohol?
I want to make mulled cider for Eurovision tonight and I was planning on dumping a bunch of alcoholic apple cider and some spices in mum’s slow cooker for a few hours. I just realised that heating alcohol removes the alcohol content. How do I make it while retaining the alcohol content?
