Always nauseous when drinking

I’ve tried a bunch of different spirits, wines, and different combinations with mixers and I always feel nauseous regardless. I’m only 21 and it’s drastically gotten worse in the last year or 2 and I dread going on a night out because of it! Any reasons why this could be or does anyone have any suggestions of something to take to stop this, I’ve tried taking medicine an hour before drinking like motilium but that doesn’t seem to work either.
