The King Charles

A cocktail fit for a king that incorporates both Scotch and a gin named for Highclere Castle (the real Downton Abbey).

Course Drinks

Keyword gin, Orange Curaçao, Scotch

2 oz. Highclere Castle gin¼ oz. Macallan 12 or Single Malt Scotch¼ oz. Orange Curaçao½ oz. Lemon juice

Combine all ingredients and shake well.

Strain in cocktail coupe or Martini glass.

Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
