Accidentally took Tylenol

Tonight (in approximately 6 hours), im going out to my first bar crawl. We’ve been planning this for 4 months, and I’ve been super excited. However, this morning, i had a headache and instinctively took Tylenol before realizing that i can not mix the two. Panicking, i ran to the bathroom to try to throw them up so that i could still drink tonight. I took 2 pills (the recommended amount 500mg each) and am 100% certain i threw up one of them. I am not sure if i threw up the other one. Im wondering if i can still safely drink. I really dont want to miss out on the event because of a dumb mistake.
