What made you realize you were starting to spiral into addiction?

My wife and i drink a few times a week. Usually 2 beers or large glass of wine. But recently we’ve been finishing the bottle and them going back to the fridge for another beer. I think im consuming too much. We are small people, I’m 140lbs 5’10” shes 110lbs 5’6″.
