Can my bottle of vodka be dangerous?

Hi so I bought this ukrainian vodka from a random seller, and i’m really paranoid right now. The seal is fine and the bottle is “official” and I didn’t find any signs of tampering with the bottle. Is it possible it could be spiked somehow? Is there something I should check for? What’s the worst that could happen?
