Angry firefighter gets arrested for driving a golf cart while drinking

Can you believe this? You can get arrested for driving a golf cart while under the influence! My question is why should anyone care?

How would somone driving a golf cart be a threat to anyones safety? How many people have been killed/injured by a golf cart? IMO I dont think anyone should be arrested for driving a golf cart drunk

Maybe a fine but instead this man is facing all the same fines, fees and penalties as someone who was drinking and driving a car.

What do you guys think, do you think this is unfair and being overly tyrannical or do you think this is justified and nobody should operate a golf cart while drinking?
