Best tasting Vanilla flavored Liqours?

Let me start by saying that I love drinking straight Bourbon and Scotch etc. I don’t usually do Flavored alcohols, although recently I’ve had a sweet tooth especially for Vanilla or Butterscotch. I bought a Jim Beam Vanilla and thought it was a good drink when I had a sweet tooth, I’m looking for other recommendations, these would be used only when I seem to have a sweet tooth going on, I’m not opposed to any flavor, I tried Peanut Butter whiskey and Apple Crown as well.
