HELP ASAP! Rita’s strawberita

i had a tall can of rita’s strawberita last night. i took a shit this morning and it was half red. PLEASE tell me this is because the drink had a lot of dye in it…i can’t remember the color of it. i’ve been in bad health lately and i can’t tell if it’s dye or internal bleeding. i also feel sort of bad today and i’m freaking myself out.
