help i cant get drunk

Since i have reduced taking my anti depressant i am unable to feel drunk or intoxicated by alcohol.Is it because of medication withdraw or have i developed a rapid tolerance .Please tell me how can i get drunk again . Should i Go for a greater amount than i usually drink Or do what .Help
