Vodka cocktail ideas for beginner?

I threw a party last weekend and someone left a huge bottle of vodka (I already checked and they don’t want it back)…what should I make? I don’t usually make my own cocktails but would love to get into it – any thoughts on how easy it is to make lemon drops or cosmos? Or are there other better cocktails I should make?
