We’re On Board A Truffle Negroni Trolley

If you find yourself in Bangkok and you’re looking for a tasty tableside beverage experience, head to Ms. Jigger at the Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok. The hotel’s Italian-accented cocktail bar and restaurant boasts a Truffle Negroni Trolley.

That’s right, Ms. Jigger’s mixologists will whip up the classic Italian cocktail — with Tanqueray London dry gin, Mancino Rosso vermouth and Campari — at the table, adding shavings of seasonal fresh black truffle to provide an enhanced hit of umami and texture. Pricing starts at THB 530 (about $16) per glass.

While Ms. Jigger initially launched the Truffle Negroni Trolley for Valentine’s Day 2022, guests loved the experience so much that the restaurant decided to keep the trolley on the menu year round. Good move: Drinks finished tableside and unique beverage experiences are expected to trend in 2023.
