Is it normal to feel dizzy after 1 glass of wine?

Turned 21 yesterday, and I legit didn’t drink until then lol. I had a sparkling prosecco and it wasn’t super exciting, a tad lightheaded a bit more confident that’s it. I had a glass of white wine and I feel dizzy. Just one, before I even finished it lol. Is this normal? I’ll learn more about my tolerance as I drink more and I am 5’3 and about 100 pounds.
