Woman who had an explosive car crash at a Marilyn Monroe concert, went to jail for 3 years, sues and attempts to share blame. -Is the responsibility on her only? -Is the responsibility on the server to stop serving, knowing she was or likely to become drunk? -The people who forced her exit from the concert, knowing she was drunk? -The current laws and regulations allowing this to happen on an ongoing basis? -The company that sells alcohol and does not pose recommended limits?
