My friends won’t let me drink with them

I take antidepressants and I know I shouldn’t be drinking while taking them but I really want to. So anyway my friends say I get a bit aggressive and kind of clingy when I’m drunk. Even though I think my behavior is steadily improving some of my friends disagree. And now they won’t let me drink with them anymore, I am still allowed to come and be with them and we are still friends. They just don’t want me to drink alcohol with them. What should I do to improve or to convince them to let me drink?
