tolerance break?

i have smoker friends who take tolerance breaks for marijuana, i was wondering if there was a similar deal w/ alcohol.

because this shit’s getting expensive lol how long should i go without drinking to make my tolerance go back down? i have been drinking almost nightly for a couple of months now, and i miss how drinking felt when i first started. now it takes like a 375 ml bottle of vodka to do it to me.

i’m trying to go the next month without it bc like my body’s started acting funky and i want to get wasted off of a single marg again. will my tolerance ever go back to what it was before?
