Can anyone confirm this story?

My sad is a volunteer helper in Ukraine and he’s been there a couple times during the war. One time he brought this bottle of vodka back with him. I am told that this bottle was made during the war, to raise money for the war, and only a small amount was made. Can anyone confirm this, or give further details?
