What would you like to see fermented into alcohol?

I have a little still that does small batches, 1 run of 3 gallons of wash usually yields about 1500ml of 110 proof liquor at the settings I run, and then a second distillation brings it up to around 160-170, the hotplate I use doesn’t have a very good temperature adjustment knob so I struggle to get it to come out 190 proof, which can be used as fuel. Anyway, what kinds of fruits, veggies, or really anything, would you like to see me make into spirits? Trying to get away from the term moonshine, because I can’t remember the last time I used a lot of corn, I’m a fruity guy you might say. I’m open to any and all suggestions, as long as it’s cheap! Inflation, inflation! Thanks!
